Yuri Gherman
Sergei Evgenievich Gerasimov
Was born in 1964 in Weimar, Germany.
Member of All-Russian Restorers’ Association.
Graduated from the Moscow State Academic Art College in memory of 1905.
Worked in the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts and the estate museum Arkhangelskoye.
Lived and worked in Italy and Germany.
Took
part in exhibitions in Europe and Russia (“Malaya Gruzinskaya”, the
central exhibition hall “Manege”, Gallery of N. Bykova, Kremlin,
Presidential Executive Office etc.)
His works reside in private collections in Germany, France, Italy (including the collection of Princess Archini).
Over the last years he works in association with Yuri Bakhrushev under the artistic pseudonym Yuri Gherman.
Yuri Vasilievich Bakhrushev
Was born in 1961 in Izhevsk, Russia.
Member of the Artists' Union of Russia.
1984 – graduated from the Udmurt State University, faculty of arts and design.
1993 – graduated from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov (faculty of easel painting, workshop of T.T. Salakhov).
1992 – practical training in Berlin Weissensee School of Art.
His works reside in private collections in France, Germany, USA, Canada and Japan.
Over the last years he works in association with Sergei Gerasimov under the artistic pseudonym Yuri Gherman.
